Framework for the promotion of the sharing of non-confidential information (continued operation)

The Cartel Working Group established the framework in 2016 for improving cooperation between member agencies. This framework is intended to assist competition agencies in knowing how to and whom to contact when seeking non-confidential information to foreign counterpart agencies.
